Crystal Lakes Manor consists of 236, one-story, one and two bedroom garden-style apartments. Units are reserved for income-eligible residents, who are 55 years of age and older. Section 8 vouchers are accepted. Rental rates are affordable at $460.00 per month for a one bedroom unit, and $500.00 per month for a two bedroom unit. Each apartment requires a minimum $250.00 security deposit.
Pets under 20 pounds are permitted with a $75.00 non-refundable pet fee.
Crystal Lakes Manor also offers a Senior Housing Program to income eligible seniors who pay 30% of their adjusted income in rent. Currently the waiting list for the Senior Housing Program is closed.
