Welcome to the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Advisor Scheduling Hub.
Here you can schedule an appointment with your Housing Advisor at a time that works best for you.

How to Schedule a Meeting (Important!)

To ensure meeting requests are routed correctly, appointments with a Housing Advisor must be scheduled through your assigned advisor directly. Meeting links are not publicly available and are only shared after contact is made.

If you are trying to get in touch with PCHA for the first time or are unsure who your advisor is, please follow the steps below.

✅ How the Process Works

  1. Find Your Housing Advisor
    Review the list of Housing Advisors below and identify the advisor assigned to you.

  2. Email Your Advisor Directly
    Send a brief email to your Housing Advisor explaining what you need assistance with.

  3. Receive a Meeting Link (If Needed)
    If a meeting is necessary, your Housing Advisor will send you a scheduling link to book a time that works for both of you.

📌 This process helps ensure meetings are reserved for current clients and routed to the correct staff member.

To help us assist you more quickly, please include:

  • Your full name

  • Your program or property name (if applicable)

  • A brief description of what you need help with

  • Meeting links are only shared directly by Housing Advisors

  • Booking a meeting without first contacting your advisor may result in the meeting being canceled

  • This page is not for general inquiries or new applications

Tenants are assigned Housing Advisors based on the first letter of their last name.
