Attention All Contractors… Learn How to do Business with PCHA!

Contractors should call now to reserve a seat for a free workshop to learn how to do business with the Pinellas County Housing Authority. The workshop will be held on Thursday, August 14, 2014 beginning at 3:00 pm at our offices located at 11479 Ulmerton Road in Largo.

This workshop is especially geared toward potential vendors and contractors, and will provide in-depth information and guidance on navigating PCHA’s procurement process.

Workshop participants will learn about:

IFB, RFP, RFQ’s and the bidding process,
Section 3/MWBE certification, and
Davis-Bacon requirements
