The Pinellas County Housing Authority (PCHA) will be accepting applications for wait lists from families for Lakeside Terrace, Rainbow Village and Norton Apartments at Lake Bellevue.

PCHA will only accept applications by completing the electronic application form on our website at www.pinellashousing.com.
Applications will be available at 9:00 am, Monday, October 28 through 5:00 pm Friday, November 1, 2019.
If you are elderly or disabled and require a reasonable accommodation to obtain an application, you may call (727) 581-4793 and request an application be mailed to you beginning at 9:00 am Monday, October 21, 2019. All applications must be postmarked on or before November 5, 2019.
Please see details below. Rent for these apartments is based on approximately 30% of the family’s income. The current guidelines require that applicant’s income does not exceed the current income guidelines, which is total family income dependent on the number in the household of:

Lakeside Terrace Apartments, located at 4200 62nd Avenue, Pinellas Park is accepting applications for the 1 and 2 bedroom wait lists.
Rainbow Village Apartments, located at 12301 134th Avenue North, Largo is accepting applications for the 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom wait lists.
Note: The 5 bedroom wait list will remain open.
Norton Apartments at Lake Bellevue, located at 1450 South Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, Clearwater is accepting applications for the 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom wait lists.
ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES ARE LISTED BELOW:
Families with 1-2 persons are invited to apply for the 1 bedroom unit
Families with 3-4 persons are invited to apply for the 2 bedroom unit
Families with 5-6 persons are invited to apply for the 3 bedroom unit
Families with 7-8 persons are invited to apply for the 4 bedroom unit
Families with 9-10 persons are invited to apply for the 5 bedroom unit
All applications received will be notified via U.S Mail within ninety (90) days of the date of receipt. Applications that are incomplete, duplicated, or do not meet the Bedroom Eligibility as listed above will be deemed ineligible and the applications will be destroyed.
