Closing of the Project Based Voucher – Landings at Cross Bayou Two and Three Bedroom Wait List

 Pinellas County Housing Authority (PCHA) has determined that the current Project Based Voucher waiting list at the Landings at Cross Bayou (LCB) has a sufficient number of eligible applicants for the next 12 months.

Pursuant to U.S. Department of HUD regulations, PCHA has decided to close the Project Based Voucher waiting list for two and three bedroom units at LCB effective 10/31/2019.

Applications returned to PCHA MUST be postmarked no later than 10/31/2019.

There is no scheduled date to reopen the waiting list; an announcement will be posted on our website and in the local newspaper when the waiting list reopens.
