Crystal Lakes Manor* consists of 236, one-story, one and two bedroom garden-style apartments. We are a non-smoking property. Units are reserved for income-eligible residents who are 55 years of age and older. Housing Choice / Section 8 vouchers are accepted.
- Each apartment requires a a security deposit equal to one month’s rent.
- Your minimum monthly income is two times your rent amount.
- Pets under 20 pounds are permitted with a $250 non-refundable pet fee.
- There is a $75 non-refundable application fee.
