Built in 2003 and centrally located in the heart of Pinellas County, Magnolia Gardens Assisted Living (#AL10314) consists of 100 single-story units designed for the elderly aged 62 years and older.

Magnolia Gardens offers a spectrum of services and amenities in a luxurious smoke-free setting at an affordable price.  Their on-site amenities include a library, activity room, chapel, therapy center and outdoor courtyard with gazebo.  Apartment amenities include a kitchenette with microwave and mini-refrigerator; and walk-in closets.  Services include personal care, assistance with medications, restaurant-style dining, housekeeping, onsite and offsite activities, laundry, and transportation.
