PUBLIC NOTICE – Please read the following information carefully
The Pinellas County Housing Authority (PCHA) will be accepting applications from families with low to extremely low income for units at Lakeside Terrace Apartments located at 4200 62nd Ave N, Pinellas Park.
PCHA will only accept applications by completing the electronic application form. Click here to start. If you are on a computer then please find the RentCafe for Applicants section on the right panel of this website. Click on the drop down box and choose the Lakeside Terrace Apartments option to begin the application process. If you are on a cell phone then please scroll down until you find the RentCafe for Applicants section. Click on the drop down box and choose the Lakeside Terrace Apartments option to begin the application process.
Applications will be available beginning on:
Monday, April 15, 2024, 8:00am
and the Wait List will remain open until
Tuesday, April 30, 2024, 5:00pm

APPLICATIONS WILL BE PLACED ON THE WAIT LIST BY DATE AND TIME OF RECEIPT.
APPLICATIONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED FOR FAMILIES WHO MEET THE 1 BEDROOM ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES AS LISTED BELOW.
FOR EXAMPLE:
1-BEDROOM ELIGIBILITY: 1 – 2 PERSONS
All applications received will be notified via U.S. Mail within ninety (90) days of the date of receipt. Applications that are incomplete, duplicated, or do not meet the Bedroom Eligibility as listed above will be deemed ineligible and the applications will be destroyed.
