Landings at Cross Bayou Opening Wait List

Please read the following information carefully

The Pinellas County Housing Authority (PCHA) will be accepting applications from families with very low income for two and three bedroom units at the Landings at Cross Bayou apartments located at 6835 54th Ave. N, St Petersburg.

PCHA will only accept applications by completing

the electronic application form on our website at www.pinellashousing.com

Applications will be available beginning on Tuesday, September 24, 2019

and the Wait List will remain open until further notice.

APPLICATIONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED FOR FAMILIES WHO MEET THE 2 AND 3 BEDROOM ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES AS LISTED BELOW.

FOR EXAMPLE:

2 BEDROOM ELIGIBILITY: 2 – 4 PERSONS

3 BEDROOM ELIGIBILITY: 3 – 6 PERSONS

The income limits for the Landings at Cross Bayou are:

2 Persons in Family require a maximum income of $26,800
3 Persons in Family require a maximum income of $30,150
4 Persons in Family require a maximum income of $33,450
5 Persons in Family require a maximum income of $36,150
6 Persons in Family require a maximum income of $38,850

All applications received will be notified via U.S. Mail within ninety (90) days of the date of receipt. Applications that are incomplete, duplicated, or do not meet the Bedroom Eligibility as listed above will be deemed ineligible and the applications will be destroyed.
