Landings at Cross Bayou Opening Wait List
Please read the following information carefully
The Pinellas County Housing Authority (PCHA) will be accepting applications from families with low to extremely low income for units at The Landings at Cross Bayou located at 6835 54th Avenue North, St. Petersburg.
PCHA will only accept applications by completing the electronic application form on our website. You can find that link on the right column under RentCafe for Applicants.
Applications will be available beginning on
Tuesday, January 16, 2024, 8:00am
and the Wait List will remain open until
Tuesday, January 23, 2024, 5:00pm
APPLICATIONS WILL BE PLACED ON THE WAIT LIST BY DATE AND TIME OF RECIEPT.
APPLICATIONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED FOR FAMILIES WHO MEET THE 1-, 2- AND 3-BEDROOM ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES AS LISTED BELOW.
FOR EXAMPLE:
1-BEDROOM ELIGILIBTY: 1 – 2 PERSONS
2-BEDROOM ELIGIBILITY: 2 – 4 PERSONS
3-BEDROOM ELIGIBILITY: 3 – 6 PERSONSON
All applications received will be notified via U.S. Mail within ninety (90) days of the date of receipt. Applications that are incomplete, duplicated, or do not meet the Bedroom Eligibility as listed above will be deemed ineligible and the applications will be destroyed.
