Waiting List to open at PCHA’s public housing properties, July 18-22, 2011

The Pinellas County Housing Authority (PCHA) will open the waiting lists for French Villas and Rainbow Village. Rent for these apartments is based on approximately 30% of the family’s income.

French Villas is located at 6835 54th Avenue North in St. Petersburg, Florida 33709. The community has an on-site computer lab, playground and Head Start center.

French Villas is accepting applications for their 2 and 3 bedroom waiting lists. Completed applications may be submitted to the French Villas Management office or returned by mail at the address listed above. Applications will be accepted until further notice. Rainbow Village Apartments is located at 12301 134th Avenue North in Largo, FL 33774. GRAYDI, Head Start and the Police Athletic League provide programs and services for the residents of Rainbow Village. For more information about Rainbow Village, please call (727) 581-4793.

Rainbow Village is accepting for their 3, 4, and 5 bedroom waiting lists. Completed applications may be submitted to the Rainbow Village Management office or returned by mail at the address listed above. Applications will be accepted until further notice.

Applications will be accepted from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM beginning July 18th of 2011 for French Villas and Rainbow Villas until further notice. Applications will be available on each property’s web page and at the property management offices. Applications will also be available at PCHA Central Office located at 11479 Ulmerton Road, Largo, Florida 33778. Disabled applicants only may call the corresponding property’s Management office to request an application by mail.
