RFP 25-011 – Development Partner Services

The Pinellas County Housing Authority (PCHA) is seeking proposals from qualified development partners to collaborate with PCHA on the acquisition, development, redevelopment, rehabilitation, and expansion of affordable housing opportunities throughout Pinellas County, Florida. This solicitation is intended to establish a pool of experienced development partners who may be engaged on future affordable or mixed-income housing projects on a rolling basis.
