Michael serves as PCHA’s Director of Program Services, where he leads innovative initiatives designed to help residents build stability, confidence, and long-term success. With a strong foundation in behavioral health and more than a decade of service throughout Pinellas County, Michael brings both expertise and heart to everything he does—empowering individuals with practical tools, meaningful support, and pathways to growth. 🌟

A proud Pinellas County native, Michael is deeply connected to the community he serves and is passionate about building partnerships that strengthen families and expand opportunity. Known for his collaborative approach and people-first mindset, he believes lasting impact happens when services are rooted in trust, dignity, and compassion.

Outside of work, Michael values time with family and is always looking for new ways to give back and stay engaged in the community he calls home. 🤝
