With a background rooted in government logistics and federal property management, Chase brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to protecting public resources and delivering value for the Pinellas County community.
Before joining PCHA, Chase served 8 years in the United States Navy as a Property Manager and Contracting Officer’s Representative, managing over $25 million in government assets across multiple commands and states. His military career gave him a deep foundation in accountability, federal compliance, and operational efficiency under pressure.
