1) No.The contractor will be required to provide all materials and supply costs in the bid.
2) It is highly recommended that contractor make a site visit to the property and/or attend the pre-bid to make a determination as to whether a building permit is required. If unsure, please contact the City of Dunedin building department.
3) Yes, a mobilization draw may be requested initially. For this project, a payment draw may be submitted every 30 days. |

There are insurance requirements that are indicated on the RFP. Need to provide contractor license and license to work in the Pinellas County and be in good standing. Typically, we ask for references and to provide similar projects that have been completed by your company. There is not an estimated budget but information regarding previous projects is addressed in Question 2 above. |
